How long does it take to receive my order?

Products that are ready-to-ship and already in USA, have around a 4-20 weeks delivery time, and products that are made-to-order and/or come from outside the USA, delivery is approximately 3–9 weeks. 

Where do you ship?

We ship across the US, in the 48 continental states. We currently don't service Hawaii and Puerto Rico at the moment from our website. Kindly note that we also have free shipping service for all other countries as well. If purchasing in Hawaii or Puerto Rico kindly email info@therez.online and we can connect you with one of our local vendors to purchase if your item is available.

Accepted payments

Debit/Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

Affirm: Enjoy payment plan through shoppay by Affirm and pay in installments. shoppay.affirm.com

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?

Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

Where are your products manufactured? 

Our products are manufactured in various countries in Europe and in China. (Please email us at info@therez.online for more information.) 

How can I cancel or update an order I made online?

To cancel or change an order, please send an email to our Customer Service department at support@therez.online. Please keep in mind that we can only make changes or order cancellations before the item is processed and shipped, usually in 24-48 hours.

Can I track my order?

After you place an order, and an account is created. We will automatically link you to the order status and tracking section. Once the order is shipped you will receive loading information, ground tracking information will be provided once the order has cleared customs in the destination country. 

White glove service available?

Our shipping service will call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a shipping date and time. This service will deliver outside your home while present, you will be required to bring pieces inside and assemble if needed.
